Pains of an astrologer - 1 Yes, at times it becomes pain for an astrologer when he is indulging or involving himself into predictions. It becomes more, when it comes to free predictions. People have endless questions & also stupid questions. Someone asked me, "Sir, I perspire a lot & deodorants fail. What to do? Is there any astrological remedy?" Maximum what I can see the position of his or her Shukra & give necessary remedies. But the native will not stop there, he will go to some other astrologer & ask the same question & it continues. There are another type of people who consult astrologers. They will ask you endless questions; added to that they will try to know the reasons from you. Suppose, if they are not getting married, they will ask you when will they get married & added to that they will ask why there is delay. Now this "quarter-baked mushroom" will visit another astrologer, & will cross-question him & doubt his knowledge & starts disbelieving the astrologer. In this case, the person who consults astrologer is nowhere; astrologers have no problem as long they are practicing their cherished subject. Now there is another type; they dont understand that the planetary position in their chart is due to the Karmaphala of the previous birth. They will come with endless questions & will always something positive reply. I remember a case when a native consulted me to know about his married life. Seeing the affliction to his 8th & 7th house, I advised that the married life is not happy. The person replied as below, "Gaurav, I think you need to learn astrology, you are in a rudimentary stage. From the childhood a number of people looked at my horoscope and everybody my married will be happy. If you are not taking a query seriously don't answer". Yes, if I am proved wrong, I am ready to learn. I am learning everyday & will keep on learning as long as I live. There is no harm in learning. But in the above mentioned case, it shows that the native never believed any of the astrologers. If he had believed, then certainly he wouldn't have consulted me. Isn't it?? Again, when he has been told that he will have a happy married life, then why does he need to worry??? Next pain is with "half-baked mushrooms" & quacks. In my other articles I mentioned that KSY is nothing but a cheap way of making good money, performing only upayas. These mushrooms, start their life with small yahoo forums, & ask endless questions in those forums to some esteemed astrologers & starts picking up the rules. The basic thing is that they will come up with their chart & follow discussions with other charts. They start "gaining experience" with those discussions & in few months they gain control in this subject & starts advocating their principles. If anything matches, they become nothing but self-claimed astrologers! Now when you have to confront with these half-baked mushrooms, it becomes really painful as they are neither ready to listen, nor have any interest to learn.I will wrote more. Gaurav Ghosh |
